Hand pallet wrap is a highly stretchable plastic film, used to keep items tightly bound. Pallet wrap is perfect for securing boxes or palletised items and for keeping items together for safe transportation. Pallet wrap is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses.
Machine pallet wrap is used on semi or fully automatic pallet wrap machines and is designed to handle the most demanding stretch film applications. Our machine wrap has excellent stretch, load retention and tear resistance properties.
Pallet loads are normally identified by a label on the pallet. To identify the loads easier, it can be wrapped in coloured film. Black stretch film is totally opaque to ensure that the items on the pallet aren’t disclosed. Our white stretch wrap is the perfect solution to wrapping heat sensitive products.
Mini pallet wrap is used for bundling smaller items together and is mainly used in the framing,aluminium and furniture industry for protection against scratching.
Food wrap is a thin plastic film typically used for sealing food items in containers to keep them fresh over a longer period of time.Plastic wrap,typically sold on rolls in boxes with a cutting edge,clings to many smooth surfaces and can thus remain tight over the opening of a container without adhesive.
Shrink film is a material made up of polymer plastic film. When heat is applied, it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering. Heat can be applied with a handheld heat gun, or the product and film can pass through a heat tunnel on a conveyor. Shrink film is available in different sizes and thicknesses.
Tubing is useful if you have various sizes of products you wish to package. Instead of purchasing many different size plastic bags, you can decide on the length of the bag you require by sealing and cutting off at the interval you need with a heat sealer and cutter.
